Skil-Care Slide Guard Wedged Cushion helps to position patients who slide down in the wheelchair. The cushions with 5" foam pommel control sliding by eliminating posterior pelvic tilt. Each Slide-Guard Cushion has ties for the purpose of securing the cushion to the wheelchair. For patient safety, these ties must be fastened to the chair. It is a pressure relief and redistribution cushion that aids in slide control and leg abduction. The high-density foam increases comfort and lowers pressure.

- Both the polyester and sheepskin covers remove for laundering. The covers may be washed and dried at temperatures up to 180 degree Fahrenheit
