Assembly Instructions:

• Tools Required: Large standard (flat screwdriver), 3/4" socket-wrench and two-7/16" open end (or box end) wrenches
• Attach left frame to right frame using the short cross bars (supplied with threaded inserts), two for top and two for bottom, with 5/16" x 1-1/2" bolts (four for top and four for bottom- eight total). The welded wires on cross bars should face inward and the brackets downward. Then beneath each of the original 5/16" bolts, place and secure a 1/4" x 1-1/2" bolt (eight total)
• Attach the two remaining short cross bars (caps at each end), across the middle of the frames , top and bottom. These will attach beneath the long frame bars using 1/4" x 2-1/4" bolts (four total)
• Attach the handle using 1/4" x 2-1/4" bolts (four total)
• To attach large rear wheels, place axle through rear legs then add wheels and secure with cotter pins
• To attach front wheels, use the 1/4" x 1-1/8" bolts with 1/4" nylon locking nuts (4 each)

Warning:

• Never allow anybody to ride in or on cart
• Always proceed slowly. Be sure wheels roll free and turn easily
• Place all loads in center of basket for balance.
