Customer Service

While we try our best to ship your orders within 24-48 hours of receiving it, there could be circumstances when we are unable to do so. In such an event you will be informed of an estimated shipping date.

For urgent overnight orders that need to go out the same day, order needs to be placed before 2:30 pm EST. All orders are subject to availability and the shipment could be delayed based on that. In such a case we will contact you and get further instructions.

Next Day/Second Day

Expedited order shipping charges for Next Day and Second Day deliveries are estimated. If shipping costs are greater than estimated, we will contact you to get your approval on additional shipping charges.

Certain items like liftchairs, lifts, beds, scooters, mattresses etc. cannot be shipped via Next Business Day/Second Business Day due to sheer weight, availability and customizations involved.

Easy Returns Policy

Our returns policy is straightforward and customer-friendly. For returns:

For Returns

  • Get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our Customer Service before returning the item. Orders sent without obtaining RA# will be entitled to only In-Store Credit that can be used towards future purchases.
  • You will have to bear the return shipping charges unless the item you received was damaged, defective, not what you had ordered or we were responsible for a shipping error.
  • A standard restocking fee of 15% will be applied on return orders. 
  • Outbound shipping charges will be non-refundable.
  • There will be a deduction of $8.99 on all orders that qualified for free shipping.

Returns Policy

  1. Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. No returns will be honored after 30 days of order fulfillment.
  3. Item should be returned in its original packaging and include all parts and accessories.
  4. Item should be returned unused and in re-saleable condition. 

Refund Process

First the returned item has to be reviewed and approved followed by the refund procedure which could take around 3-4 weeks. On completion, the refund will be transferred to your credit card or the original mode of payment.

Get RA#

  • Login to My Account and click on Order History.
  • Click on the Return Order button, fill and submit form.
  • Your RA# will be mailed to you within 2-3 business days.
  • The number should be noted down on the package to be returned.

In the absence of an email account, we shall use other means of sending the RA# to you. Send us your return tracking number for faster processing.

Items Non-Returnable

Due to the hygienic nature of some items, they are non-returnable. The list includes items below:

  • All hygienic items.
  • Opened personal care items.
  • Anything opened, used, or tried-on.
  • All customized items like hospital and adjustable beds, mattresses, ramps, patient lifts, wheelchairs, etc.
  • Besides these, items that have the “non-returnable” phrase or the image shown below:

We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Images on the site may not always reflect the actual product. Footrests or leg- rests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified.
